3. All products are hand made, the product photo only as a reference, there may have little differences compare to the actual product.
4. As the wax are natural, little air bubbles and white coating are normal situation.

Delivery Time
1. We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 3-5 business days for the product that have stock. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items. Members can sign in for carrier's tracking information.
2. There will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. Notice will be sent to you privately If there are more than 4 days delay.
3. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.
4. The tailors product requires longer production time, please confirm the process time with us before order.
